Airlines Serving Frankfurt Airport

Frankfurt, Germany, is one of the busiest airports in the world. Frankfurt destinations include numerous airports, big and small, in Europe as well as many major cities in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas, and Australia. Lufthansa is Frankfurt's largest carrier. It offers about a hundred different destinations all over Europe and the globe.

Aeroflot, Transaero, Lufthansa, and S7 connect Russia to Frankfurt. KLM CityHopper links with Amsterdam. Other European carriers include Adria Airways, Czech Airlines, Aegean Airways, Alitalia, FinnAir, Germanwings, Air Moldova, Bulgaria Air Charter, Iberia Express, TAP Portugal, Croatia Airlines, LAN Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, and Air Berlin.

The British Isles are served by BMI Regional, which flies to Nottingham's East Midlands Airport; British Airways, which flies to London's Heathrow Airport; and British Airways CityFlyer, which flies to London's City Airport. For flights to Ireland, Aer Lingus has a regular Dublin-Frankfurt route. Lufthansa flies to London/Heathrow and Birmingham, UK, airport.

Lufthansa offers regular flights to/from North America including Los Angeles, Washington, DC, New York, Boston, Toronto, and Mexico City. Delta Airlines flies to Atlanta, Detroit, and New York's JFK airport. American Airlines flies to Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. United flights include Chicago, Houston, Newark, San Francisco and D.C. U.S. Airways brings passengers via its hubs in Charlotte and Philadelphia. Condor and TAM offer flights to Rio de Janeiro and other South American destinations. Air Canada connects Frankfurt directly to Toronto, Calgary, and Montreal. Air Transat offers seasonal travel from Calgary or Vancouver.

Air China links Germany to Beijing and Shanghai. Shanghai is also served by China Eastern Airlines. In addition, China Airlines flies to Taipei. Air Nippon flies regular flights to both Haneda and Narita airports in Tokyo. Japan Airlines also serves Tokyo's Narita. Asiana Airlines serves Seoul, South Korea. Cathay Pacific flies to Hong Kong. Air India has regular flights between the Delhi Airport.and Frankfurt. Malaysia Airlines flies to Kuala Lumpur. Quantas serves Australia and Singapore. Thai Airways International offers Bangkok flights.

Flights to Africa and the Middle East include El Al to Tel Aviv, Israel, and EgyptAir to Cairo, Egypt. Emirates Air flies to Dubai. Etiahad Airways serves Abu Dhabi. Ethiopian Airlines flies to Addis Ababa. Air Algérie serves Algiers. Bahrain is served by Gulf Air. Iran Air offers flights to Tehran. Air Namibia connects Windhoek to Frankfurt. Middle East Airlines flies to Beirut, Lebanon. Lufthansa flies to Johannesburg, South Africa.
