Edmonton Airport Ground Transportation

Located south of Edmonton between the cities of Leduc and Nisku, The Edmonton International Airport is the largest airport in Canada severing more than 6 million passengers annually with 50 non-stop destinations and long-distance flights to London, Frankfurt, Maui and Mexico.

Directions By Car
The Edmonton International Airport is conveniently located between Calgary and Edmonton off of Route 2, which is also known as Queen Elizabeth the II Highway. From Red Deer, Calgary and cities to the south, take Route 2 north through the Leduc city center and turn left on Airport Road. Travelers arriving from Edmonton and cities to the north should take Route 2 south through the Nisku city center before turning right on Airport Road.

Parking at the Airport
Parking options at the Edmonton International Airport include short-term, long-term and economy parking as well as valet parking, complimentary waiting zones and full-service check-in parking for WestJet passengers in the designated jetSet lot. The Edmonton International Airport offers convenient 30-minute waiting areas in the departures area as well as a 45-minute cell phone area within the jetSet lot. Economy parking options in the Value Park area are serviced by the airport’s shuttle bus. For faster service, passengers can park in the upper levels of the Parkade Park structure, which is a short walk from the terminal.

Ground Transportation
Buses and public transportation options at the Edmonton International Airport are a convenient way for travelers to reach final destinations in Edmonton, Leduc and Nisku. The Edmonton International Airport is regular stop on Leduc’s C-Line Route #590, which operates Monday through Friday. The local Sky Shuttle service is a cost-effective way to travel to and from the airport to destinations in and around Edmonton. The Sky Shuttle pick-up point is located in the center of the arrivals level next to door #7 and arrival areas B and C. Complimentary hotel shuttles and information boards can be found on the Arrivals Level at the Ground Transportation Booth near the Sky Shuttle pick-up. Passengers traveling to Lake Louise, Banff and regional tourist destinations can take advantage of destination-specific shuttles, such as SunDog Tours. Taxis and limousine pick-up points are located in Arrival Areas A and D on each end of the terminal. The Edmonton International Airport is served by six major rental car companies with reservation desks and rental vehicles conveniently located in the lower level of the Parkade Park complex.
